- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won’t be the cheapest option around. I do have a $150 minimum for all services. However, I regularly offer a Good Neighbor discount when multiple customers in the same neighborhood schedule service for the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often, an off site estimate can be generated, but occasionally an on site consultation is necessary to discuss your needs and expectations of the services to be provided.
