FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't stick with one place to buy materials. I systematically circulate between them based on their quality of wood shipments and I take the time to get multiple offers on board ft price so that I can get them competing to give me the best price possible. when it comes to labor I just honestly and realisticaly estimate a total number of man hours needed for the project and I times that number by 30-40 depending on the difficulty and length of project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to be as polite as possible making sure to not to throw a bunch of building terms at then and make sure that I explain Things in a way that they can understand. After establishing an understanding of what needs to be done I simply follow through and do what I said I would do when I said I would do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been blessed from a young age with some very skilled teachers including Chris Schartung, Tim Coons , Travis Lewis, and Glenn Thompson . In my book these men are the elite and over the past 15 years between their guidance and the countless jobs I've completed I now proudly consider myself a PhD in residential building and remodeling.
