After almost 30 years in Charlotte, NC I decided to move to my hometown of Paducah, KY to be near family and slow down (just a bit)! With over 250 photo shoots over the last three years under my belt, I’m ready to share my knowledge and passion with you! And, you get big city quality at small town/budget pricing. I would select all 5 attributes if I could! She has been the most supportive and professional photographer I have ever encountered. First I asked her in a very short notice if she could help me out with the photoshoot and she accepted the last minute job! Then, for other reasons, we had to reschedule. She also worked out in her agenda to get it done and was very patient and willing to help me out, just the best!

Nan was absolutely amazing! From both responding to my questions and messages, even after normal “business hours” when I got busy to just how easy it was to set up a shoot and work with her! Not only did she do an amazing job, the graduation pictures I got back were just stunning and excellent. She was so timely and kind, even getting my [edited] pictures back to me the very next day!! I loved how she kept me the focus and made sure that the pictures I got were truly what I wanted and enjoyed. She’s very professional and up front, if somethings not right she’ll let you know and has some wonderfully knowledgeable advice for posing and positioning. I also loved how she was able to capture some really great candid moments between the posed ones and they still were so good!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I have an hourly rate, it truly depends upon what your goals are for my services. We will discuss openly and decide together on a price before any contract is done or retainer is requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of texting and phone calls if necessary. Sometimes I’ll send samples for you to look at and whatever is needed so that you will feel comfortable at the photo shoot and get the product that you are looking for at the price you have budgeted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of marketing experience and 10 years as a photographer. I have been told I have a great eye for composition, but what I’m really known for is my personality that makes everyone feel comfortable and truly sometimes enjoy having their photo taken for the first time ever!
