- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe you can optimize for speed, cost, or quality - but rarely all three at once. My focus is delivering work that exceeds expectations and holds up at a professional level. I’m transparent about budgets from the beginning and happy to discuss scope to make sure the project fits both your goals and your investment. My priority is always to deliver something you’re proud to put your name on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief discovery call to clarify goals, audience, and timeline. From there I’ll outline a clear scope, creative direction, and production plan. Once aligned, we schedule the shoot, execute with precision, and move into post-production with defined delivery expectations. If for any reason I think I'm not the right fit, I’m happy to point you in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Public Relations and Media Communications and have spent years working within the touring music industry, corporate environments, non-profits, and political campaigns. That range allows me to understand not just how to create compelling visuals - but how they function within branding, messaging, and strategy.
