(WOMEN ONLY) As a one-on-one Health Coach for WOMEN, my goal is to help YOU identify where YOU are on YOUR health journey and create a roadmap alongside YOU that will get YOU to YOUR health goals. I will help you bridge the gap through true lifestyle & behavior change! Your program will be customized to YOU, focusing in 4 main areas: --> NUTRITION I teach you how to create your own nutrition plan so you will never have to pay someone or wonder how to do it again --> ACTIVITY Create a roadmap & set SMART goals to reach and sustain your results --> MINDSET Identify your WHY & focus on your mindset - getting rid of those limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck --> ACCOUNTABILITY Use interactive apps that monitor your nutrition, water intake, physical activity & new habit formation, real time GAIN MORE BY LOSING IT is a 12-week health & wellness mentorship program that is rooted in lifestyle and behavior change science. This isn't a quick fix. This is a mental and physical transformation with results that go far beyond the scale. What's included: 12 week mentorship program - I’m not just showing/telling you how to do it, I’m doing it alongside you. This takes the guesswork out of the process. 110% support through the entire 12-week process. I equip you as you implement every step of the way. This includes nutrition label reading, grocery shopping suggestions, pantry clean-up ideas, Sunday meal planning & prep. We also go deep by creating excuse lists, daily/weekly challenges, overcoming those obstacles, if/then plans - all via PDF docs & videos. ​One-on-One Weekly ZOOM Check-In calls to talk through your progress & answer any questions coming up for you, also great if you just need motivation. We work through your obstacles and are always moving you forward! ​ Nutrition & exercise suggestions & reviews so you don’t have to guess on anything regardless of the situation. All you have to do is reach out and I will walk you through it, all about interpretation & implementation of all the info that’s out there & so hard to understand. MORE ABOUT ME: I have spent over 25 years in the Fitness & Health industry, teaching group fitness, including Yoga, Spinning, Barre, PiYo, REFIT, Muscle Definition and more, at many different venues, in multiple states and Mexico! In 2003, I earned 1st place in the Texas NPC Fitness & Figure Competition, which led me to pursue a Personal Trainer Certification with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). I held multiple professional roles at GE for 10 years after graduating from the Ohio University, but chose to leave the business world to be a Stay-at-Home Mom while my 2 girls were young. Doing part time consulting for GE and then working for my church for several years, I decided to pursue my love of fitness coaching full time in 2019. I have led fitness classes at the YMCA, LAC and the Wel at Humana in Louisville over the past 16 years and joined the F45 team in June of 2019! My Yoga Certification is through Yogafit and my group fitness certification is through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I obtained a Nutrition Coach Certification through National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC) in 2020 and a Health Coach Certification through ACE in 2021. I am currently participating in Jen’s program. She is a fantastic health coach. Program focuses on developing healthy lifestyle habits rather than a quick fix diet plan. Jen focuses on making small changes slowly rather than all at once. The goal is to develop the habit of eating healthy without thinking about it. I am 6 weeks into the 12 week program and already notice a difference. I have definitely gained more knowledge on living a healthier lifestyle by losing my bad habits. This is all with the one-on-one help and guidance provided by coach Jen.

Completing Jen’s program is a worthwhile endeavor. I signed up with her this last fall after many failed attempts at losing weight and keeping it off, I knew I needed some accountability. What I got from Jen was more than accountability. I got someone who walked me through SUSTAINABLE habit changes and mental shifts that resulted in an “easy” 13 pound loss (through the holidays, mind you) that I know I will keep off. The shame around indulging in a treat now and then is gone and replaced with a newer and healthier mindset around food. Jen’s weekly calls were key to my success. We mapped out a plan for the week and she followed up with an email summary about our plan so it was easy to defer back to if I needed a reminder. Making smaller weekly goals made the bigger goal of healthy living and weight loss much more manageable. If you are looking for someone to help you jump start a healthy living program, or to get you out of a fitness rut- I recommend Jen’s program without reservation. As a bonus, Jen is a pretty great friend too! 🙂

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My program is customized for each individual, so pricing will also be customized.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Discovery call first - to make sure we are a good fit & I can help you. If we move forward, after payment is received, I send a welcome invite to the app I use with all the steps to onboard. From there, we set up our first onboarding call & get you started. We will then have weekly zoom calls for the full length of your program!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
