- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sunshiine Photography takes pride in capturing the raw emotion that is you. Discounts are offered throughout the year and there are many perks included in your final cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to speak to my new clients in person if possible. I like to get a feel for their vision and from there I offer styling & wardrobe tips. We will go over pricing and their contract. A deposit is due at the time of booking and I offer payment plans if needed for the total cost of their session. After the session, my clients can expect a proofing gallery emailed to them with in a day or two. Once my client chooses their images they will be professionally enhanced and delivered either in person or via an online gallery. Clients have the opportunity to purchase prints, wall art, albums, and/or digitals through their gallery if in person meeting is not ideal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Online courses as well as in person courses with senior photogs around the area. 13+ hobby experience. 3+ professional experience.
