Danny Howard is a guy who is trying to break the law by avoiding the payment of taxes. This guy is looking to rip someone off and probably a horrible handyman. He dodged phone calls and will probably skip out in the middle of a job. The experience I had with him will make me look elsewhere for a qualified contractor to hire. Mr. Howard go find someone else to help you break the law.

I apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been but it seems that there was a huge miscommunication between the property owner and property managers. I did agree to sign a 1099. Property owner was out of town and property managers were not on the same page. Property owner was trying to hire me under property managers.
