I believe, based on the merits of my case, I received the most amount of money possible.
Keep in mind, at first, we all think our injuries denote a million dollar case. This is because "we" are the ones whom have suffered, emotionally, physically and monetarily.
Tate not only represented me as a professional attorney "should", he educated me as a friend in the business "would".
By that measure alone, it would be as much a risk attepting to represent one's own self, as it would be to make decisions against your council's educated advice.
Tate managed to inform me, based on his professional experience, of the risks associated with going to trial and how to calculate different scenarios that were most beneficial to myself and my family.
