I manage over 15 properties in the greater New Orleans area since 2006. I have extended my services into Alexandria, La. My services includes timely payments, lease agreements, beautification on the exterior, interior and exterior repairs, appliance shopping, vent installation every three months, or sooner if needed. My tenants are all long term tenants and have lived in their homes over 5 years. I specialize in the HANO voucher program and their policies. Owners are kept informed on their property, according to their request. My goal is to make sure the owner is well informed while being minimally involved, according to their preference.
