- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on a case by case basis but is in line with area pricing standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While continuing education is not mandatory, I do have to keep abreast of the ever changing laws and regulations that govern not only Notaries in Louisiana but the legal community as well. Also, accounting departments have to be up on the latest IRS changes and guidelines.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Becoming a Notary was a natural progression in my chosen field of work. I have held positions and/or provided support in all departments of a legal office setting - beginning in 1973 and continuing--as a bookkeeper, file clerk, legal secretary, paralegal and Notary.
