- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable depending on the specifics of the project. I do assess a travel fee depending on how far I have to travel to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish the specifics of the assignment. I ask for a 50% deposit. Once I have completed the project you send me the remaining balance. I then send the pictures/video in the format we have agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Part 107 pilot with a UAS certification.
