They were great!! I enjoyed everything, they made sure my husband and I had a plate. Plus food to take to the hotel. They handle everything beautifully without stressing me out. They were very professional and on time. I would definitely use them again.

She is outstanding and stays in contact with you. We talked many times about the menus.and what I would like. I know that the food would have been wonderful..sadly my wedding was called off.

We were pleased overall. Some suggestions are: Crab cakes had good taste but they were not as small as i wanted. They were not "mini" as I expected and they were cooked too long too dark. The oyster mini poboys were served on brioche bread instead of good soft french bread. The mini muffalettos were just regular sized sandwhiches that were cut up and held together with toothpicks. And there were way too many because they were too big. The deveiled eggs were very tasty.
