Eric seemed knowledgeable, but unfortunately never followed through on providing a quote after the initial home assessment. Eric came out to do a walk through on Monday so he could give me a proper quote. I explained to him that we were on a tight timeframe for needing the work done. After the walk through, he said that they would be able to do everything and I told him that as long as the quote was reasonable to expect to begin on Wednesday. I contacted him Tuesday evening since I had not received a quote. After is his initial response of, "I am getting to it as fast as I can." It is Friday and I never heard back from him.
