In the short time, I've met and worked with Kirk, it's been a truely fantastic experience. Coming from 16 years of working in the Real Estate arena, I've met quite a few contractors...but have never met such a thorough, factual and polite gentleman. A very personable and true professional. One job with Mr. Kirk has led me to work with him on more...and will continue to work with Kirk as often as possible in the on going future.

I had a tornado come through my subdivision on a Thursday night and I woke up to seeing that my wooden fence had been blown down. I called Kirk and he had his crew out rebuilding my fence within two hours. They also had noticed that the storm ripped off a section of shingles as well and they were already patching my roof before I even got home from work the same day. That's what I call customer service!

Well considering they did come out in timely fashion and provid a quote BUT a month later had ceased communicating and basically dropped off the face of the earth we had to move in another direction again. So 4 stars for the upfront and 2 or less on the follow up which led to no work actually being done.

Keith is correct in that we did not follow up with him in a timely fashion. With the flooding here in Louisiana affecting several on our crew, and so many families contacting us for assistance we found ourselves overwhelmed for a period of time. However, that is no excuse for the lack of communication with a customer who was patiently waiting for our services. We've since put measures in place that will help us keep in touch with our customers and we hope that this does not happen again! Thank you Keith for your honest feedback, and helping us identify areas of improvement.
