Our service person was supposed to touch base with begin at 8 am. Got here at 2:30pm left at 7:00 pm The installation went poorly the range hood is loose to the touch ,the filters were not installed greasy fingerprints all over the stainless steel surface , hangs to low over the stove top we think it needs to be reinstalled. Our initial quote was 205 then increase 275 with the final quote 375. We paid cash and ended paying 300. No receipt we had molding around the ceiling and hood that was not put back up

The initial (instant booking) price was $275, you ended up paying $25 extra for a job that realistically costs $500. You also didn’t respond to our confirmation text to be there at 8:00, so we rescheduled for the afternoon. You gave our team 0 information other than it was a range that needed to be installed. As you can see from the photos it is hung square, and our owner even offered to hang molding around the range to cover the imperfections, (that were already there). This is a job that requires 2 people, but with such little information that you gave us, we didn’t know this fact of the project. We are sorry if you’re unhappy with your installation, but the Nifty Linkz team can and will make it right for you. Next time, we need a detailed explanation of the project typed to us, so I can relay the message to our owner. Thanks for your business, and have a great day!
