- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is done through an national estimating software program used by all the major insurance companies. Which has the labor and materials figured and is an itemized estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to get the vision of what the customer is wanting. Then provide an estimate based upon that. Once they are ok, with the numbers our job is to bring there dream to reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate, I grew up doing construction in a family business. I use to be a mortgage broker and financed and built custom homes, worked as an Premier Contractor for State Farm and insurance adjuster. Have built commercial projects valued over a million dollars.
