Ashlon & her sister worked very hard on my home. They did a wonderful job with my white cabinets. We have 2 young children & 2 dogs & they were wonderful with all of them! Would definitely recommend & use again! Thanks girls! :)

I highly recommend Helping Hands Cleaning Solution! Due to my crazy work schedule I wasn’t able to give my home the TLC it needed so I was referred to HHCS by a friend and I haven’t regretted it one bit. These young ladies are truly an asset to my home and family. Their work is extraordinary but, above that, I have a 9 year old daughter who has autism and epilepsy. They work around her and play with her. They help her when she needs it. It means so much to me to have young women in my house who treat my baby with so much love and care PLUS MY HOUSE HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANER and I do not have to tell them what I want them to do. They just came in and got to work.
I will continue to use them until I am no longer living in Baton Rouge.

These ladies worked in sync and they did a very good job. I really liked their attitudes and will use them again. They are trustworthy. I had to leave to keep an appointment and they did what I asked and I found all as it should be. Very good at their job.

This was a sad disrespectful disgusting experience!!!! Spent 4 hours at a one bedroom apartment doing absolutely nothing!!! And charge me 220.00 job was not finished!!! Very unprofessional!!! I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone!!

I have been cleaning for years and I have never received a bad review. To start I was under the impression that this job would be a normal deep clean which we do all the time. You were not upfront about how much work needed to be done. You could smell the fumes coming from the house before entering. Yes the job was not completed because of the amount of work that needed to be done. The walls, counters, stove , refrigerator, floors etc. were covered with food, mold and urine. The home was not in a livable condition. It took 4 hours in the kitchen and dining area alone because of the amount of filth in the home. Payment is due same day as service. You paid 3 days later and even thanked us more than once for our work. Once I told you we would not be able to return is when a complaint occurred. I chose not to return to that work environment for the safety of me and my team. Wearing a face mask does not protect us from inhaling those fumes. Untruthful negative reviews can affect someone’s business and livelihood. You should think about that next time you leave a review. As I said before I wish you and your family well and thank you for the opportunity but I choose to decline returning.
