I don’t often right reviews. I usually just rate the company or person. However, I felt that I had to right a review for this company. For 2 weeks I was trying to find someone to clean my grandmothers house. I live out of state or would have attempted myself. Each time I spoke on the phone with my 80 grandmother she would mention how she was she could clean her house , her bathrooms. It was simply upsetting her and bringing her spirits down.. I would have went right then and cleaned her house myself but I live out of state. I first began Calling cleaning companies in Statesboro. I called at least 6 cleaning companies and did not have much luck at all. I left messages with several companies and no return call. I spoke to 2 companies that said they would give me a call and we could discuss in more detail what needs cleaned and price. No return call from either. I finally found one company that would do it. She said she would call me to discuss a date. No call, I gave her a text and she said she was having car problems but really needed the work. I told her I would wait for her and understood. A week goes by and nothing, I even text her and offered to have someone pick her up so she could earn the money and my grandmothers house would be cleaned. Again no response. So I turned to Thumbtack and Jimmy gave me a call. He was very professional, nice, understood what I needed. We scheduled the cleaning for Saturday at 8am. Jimmy showed up, on time and began cleaning. Around 930 my grandmother called me and you could hear her spirits lifted and how happy she was with the work he was doing so far. She talked about how nice he was, how great of a job he did. She just kept going on and on about how amazing Jimmy was. After Jimmy was completed my grandmother said he was going out the door and noticed the glass door also needed cleaning. He sat his things down and cleaned the door also. We didn’t even ask for it to be done, but he saw it needed it and did it. My grandmother was so impressed with his work, his friendliness, manners. It just didn’t make her day. This made her year. She will always remember how nice he was and the quality of work he did. I can’t thank Jimmy enough. He was fantastic. I can’t recommend him enough. I wouldn’t ever consider anyone else other than Jimmy. Jimmy thank you so much. I can’t express how much you made her day.

Jimmy did a great job with my move-out cleaning! When I had to juggle my schedule he was super easy to work with to reschedule the cleaning. I was even out of town when he came to do it and when I returned my landlord was very happy with his services and how well he took care of the moveout in my absence.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are generally according to the square footage of the home. One 3 bedroom home may differ from the other. Therefore, to keep things fair, we go by the total area of the home to be cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would like to make an appointment to go into the client's home to evaluate the cleaning needs. This way, I can physically see what the client would like done. This in turn allows me to provide a complete and fair quote to the client.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning approximately 8 years ago. I operated a moving service and one of my clients husband happened to be looking for a janitorial service for his company. I went to evaluate the building, produced a proposal, and won the job.
