Scott contacted me right away and was over at the house within 24 hours ready to go. The cost for cleaning the gutters on our camelback house came out to ~$400; a smidge higher than the estimate (which we knew could happen since we had a lot of vegetation). Scott was transparent about this when he quoted the estimate via the photos we sent. Prompt, professional, and courteous. Great person to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service costs are based on the area the work is being done in, any chemicals or materials needed, the amount of time needed and the complexity required to complete the task.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get measurements of the property. Work up a estimate. Speak with the customer about the cost of the services for there property and if they are satisfied, I’ll schedule on a day that is convenient to them to begin the work needed to complete the job. Upon completion of the job I’ll speak with the customer and make sure they are satisfied before I accept payment for a job completed in good standing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years in total of hands on experience and completed multiple training courses on how to properly treat various surfaces and structures.
