FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Time and Materials. The customer has the option of getting the material themselves. Or I can pick the material I don't charge any extra percentage for picking up materials Ita all good. I give an estimate by how many days its going to take me. Will I require additional labor 9 times out of 10 I will use one labor and I would do all of the Skilled and Technical work myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer at the project location to get a better assessment of what the project entails. First thing I do is let the customer explain in detail what their wants and needs are, once I get a broad outlook I lay out the plan start to finish. I often show pictures of past projects that I've done that relate to there prodject., to give them and myself a better understanding of exactly what they want. I can duplicate any design , anything from Custom Brick to High end Kitchens and Bathrooms to hard woods or restoration.
