My husband and I were looking for a home for my daughter. We saw a house on Realtor.con we wanted to look at. We didn't know who to call to schedule a showing, so we filled out the "request for more information" form on the web site and within a few minutes Todd LeBlanc with Pogo Realty called us and set up the showing. Our relationship/ friendship with Todd took off from that point. I have worked with other Realtors in the past. None of them measure up to the exceptional service we received with Todd. Never once did he make us fell like we were not important to him, or that he didn't want to do anything we asked of him. He was happily willing to show us as many properties as we wanted to see, some more than once. He worked around our schedule. Always took and returned our calls, emails and text, promptly. Marian Arnould Jackson as been my personal property manager from Gertrude Gardner Realty for my main house (of two furnished units),in Riverbned/Carrolltonarea since 2005 and has done an excellent job! She is a very "hands on" manager and has always gone the extra mile for the tenantsand myself when needed. On top of that she does the little extras not called for contractually : taking a new tenant to Mass, picking up a European ecxhange student at airport and then bringing him back to the house, etc. It is with no hesitation that I highly recommend Gertrude Gardner Property Management to any individual or any corprtation looking for someone to manage their rental property(s).
