José was amazingly helpful and informative. He showed me which parts I needed, so I could see their cost for myself online, he told me up front what the labor cost would be, and he was honest about it when he saw the machine was too far gone for it to be worth it to put more work into. He refunded the money for the parts ordered and sent them back, and gave advice on how to sell our old unit for the parts that still worked. He’s saved in our phone as our go-to for any future appliance repair.
