Antonio was very professional and courteous. He gave me advice as to what the repair of the rooter would cost considering the age of the washer. He repaired the shock which needed to be fixed and helped reduce some of the noise. I felt he was honest and looking out for what would be the best decision I could make. Thank you so much. Jose was prompt and professional. He explained my options well so I could make the best decision for my appliances. Because I sent him a video, he arrived with some parts to at least get one of the appliances back up and running. We are waiting on parts for the other. This was a great experience. He even came in a Saturday!

So happy with our experience with Bolt Appliance Repair—our professional worked tirelessly to figure out what the problem was, even returning after the initial repair when we were still having issues. It was an unusual project (fixing a nearly 50 year old dryer) and it would have been easy for them to tell us to just give to and buy another, but instead they worked hard to find a solution.
