Jose was a great technician. He fixed my dryer at a good price and was happy to answer the questions that I had about the longevity of the repair as well as the technical details of the repair. He was also willing to go out and obtain parts that he needed so that we could have a working dryer as soon as possible. Will hire him again for any appliance repairs in the future.
