He fixed the problem with my washer but created another problem. It is now leaking which it was not doing before. He said that he forgot to tell me that it drains when he changed the drain motor - my drawer and floor were flooded. But it is still leaking and I’m still waiting for a response from him. He knows his stuff and is very punctual. I just want this fixed. Update - Jose offered to come fix the leak on a Sunday because Monday was already booked up. I think that was very very nice.
