- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On "normal" repairs we like to stay at $75 flat labor rate. Normal computer repairs would be an OS wipe /reload with or without data save or replacing a screen, HDD Ram... on the Commercial side we stick with $70 per hr. We are every bit as experienced aa the technology firms that charge $125 - $200 per hour. We keep our rates low based on our overhead costs. We truly believe that everyone should be able to afford quality experienced technicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy new clients and are excited to find out how they came about using our services. We normally start off by listening to their needs and then giving them some background information on us. That normally puts the client at ease and helps them feel comfortable and confident in their decision to hire us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My continuing education consists of online classes and webinars. That's how I stay up to date as well as read the technology trades.
