- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get a sense of who that person is and what personality they have, that usually sets the tone of how I will interact with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost everything stems from on the job training, figure it out as you go.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It came as a natural interest as a kid and through my teens, then I joined the military as an electrician and combat engineer. It seem like the obvious path after that.
