First, I have to say THANK YOU TROY for responding on such short notice (I'm talking less than 24 hours) on a home inspection project. Don't know if the young lady will buy the house, but I do know that from the first conversation I had with try to the last, I added him to my referral list for all HVAC projects in New Orleans. The amount of effort, knowledge and professionalism, he puts into his Craft is amazing, plus the work quality was excellent. Once he was done, you notice the change in air coming through the A/C forced system. I have dealt with a few contractors when I come to New Orleans to finish a couple of home projects and trust me, do not SLEEP on Him. He cleaned and serviced the system, scrubbed and disinfected the coils, cleaned up his mess (which not too many contractors do), then went outside to clean the unit and insult the pipes that were identified in the inspection report. Amazing work and if I could get hi to come to Maryland, I would take him with me.

TRex AC provided diagnostic testing & maintenance on my AC. He was the only AC professional to contact me after posting on thumbtack. Very thorough explaining the problem at hand. Our home was cooler after he finished the job but we will have to replace 2/3 units.

T-Rex was wonderful and I will definitely hire him again. He responded and fixed my ac the same day I put in the request. He is extremely professional, technically sound and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. Trustworthy and honest which isn’t always the case.
