- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for sessions but I am continuously offering specials. Pricing available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to know who will be in the session, ages, number of people. I then talk about what type of session the client is wanting such as a mini session or a full session. I ask if there is a certain location the client has in mind for the session. I then tell them what to expect from me after the session, such as turnaround time for editing and viewing of images on online gallery, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mostly self taught but have taken some photography classes through UL.
