We recently moved out of state and still had a house on the market in Louisiana. Konstantinos was very friendly, professional and made the process of taking over our lawn for us convenient and easy. He even went a step beyond our expectations and sent pictures every time after mowing which was cool for us to see the quality of the work. Thanks again!

Working for LawnScape was an exsperiance i wouldnt change . I learned more then wjat i did before an gained a very valueable friend in life that i would always give good reviews abput an aboit lawncare business.. Quality is number one with LawnScape prffessinalism .. Is the best way to put your experience with LawnScape .. I work for a lawncare cumpany an i was helping him when i had time. But everyone has to go there own way . Me an the owner became good friends an out of everytbing thats very valuable .. Hes a good man doing great work an i hope he seccedes at it more then he would ever imagine. An i would highly recommend him to any one based off my exspriance an from him being a good friend in life .. I wont be able to help him any more due to have more things going on then alittle bit an im trying to secssed at it like him hes great mentor an has alot of usefull an infermation an exception busniess ethics that every one will admire like i do . my names nicholas lege an i give LawnScape a 5 star review an i hope many more customers sign with him an alow him to you all Quality ,Professionalism and an how a company values there customers with great work always friendly environment.. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I want to ensure that I understand the customers needs by asking the right questions. What is most important to you as a customer; price, service, quality? What was your last experience like, what challenges did you encounter? Are you interested in getting the best possible deal or do you prefer consistency and quality? What could I do for you to ensure your needs are met? Do you have a budget in mind? I ask these questions to ensure I don't make the same mistakes as the last company, to ensure i understand the customers needs, and to ensure I stay within their budget as much as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned my own company for the last 25 years. I also have a Master's degree in Business Administration. I've also worked in the corporate world for the last five years in executive level roles. Every single role I've held in the last 25 years has been Customer Service focused. I'm a firm believer that profit is a by-product of excellent customer service. It is my absolute dedication to ensure that every single interaction I have with a customer leaves a positive experience to both the customer and the organization.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this company out of my passion of owning and operating my own business and out of my love for being outdoors and cutting grass. When you love what you do it shows in the quality of your work and the service you provide.
