- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?In order to stay the most affordable home inspection service in South Central La. I use square footage of home to price thus giving more pricing tiers. Most home inspectors price according to location, miles traveled, type of home foundation, and usually NO competitive pricing tiers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I am a member of Internachi ( home inspection association ) and I take 25 CE hours yearly as well as testing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I spent 20 years in the Baton Rouge area renovating/remodeling homes inside and out.
