- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a board member of the Acadiana chapter of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and attend seminars regularly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My cooking classes usually involve 3 to 5 courses, paired with wine, and are cooked in the clients home, a demo kitchen is available as well. I also provide "drop off" catering often for events like tailgate parties, birthdays, showers, etc.
