- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I as trained by some of the most talented chefs around our area. I have been cooking since I was 10 years old. I have worked in some of the best restaurants in our area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother and father were both cooks. When I was 10 they ran a restaurant and me and my brother would help them in the kitchen.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Ever type. I have done baby showers, birthdays, graduations, annivesariers, receptions and casual luncheons.
