I tried to be Ms. Handyman and thought I messed up my thermostat. I sent a message and immediately got a reply. Personality goes a long way in any kind of service related job and Derek’s company was appreciated. It turns out I didn’t actually mess anything up, but I am thankful because I now have a quality company to service my home for maintenance. Low price, excellent service, very educational. Derek was very thorough after checking the refrigerator about what work needed to be done. The work area was thoroughly cleaned after the job . He stayed until the job was done and the refrigerator was back up and running. He sat and discussed the financial cost in a clear and precise way.

I don’t know the first thing about air conditioning cost or repair so the only thing I can review personally on is the professionalism I received, what I was quoted , what I paid, and if my home was cooler. The time I received from the automated response was that there was an early morning time frame for 10 am. I later received a text message the technician was on the way at 12, didn’t hear anything. At 2:30 I received another text that a different technician would be on the way. He was super friendly but had the wrong information, he said the order he received was to service an A/C drain. My issue was my A/C was running but not blowing strong enough to cool the home. The technician was great still started repairs given instructions through the phone, he got the house cool. It was a Saturday so I don’t know if they have after hour rates. The tech worked late and said the he would return Monday to complete the remaining work. They did give me the option to apply what I paid towards a new unit, but the quote of “midline” being $8,000 is out of my budget. They did say they offer payment plans on a new unit.
