What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send out an estimator to take a look at the project and offer a detailed, written quote defining the project in detail. On most projects we will invoice electronically for a deposit when we are hired for materials and labor to start. Once our client's project is completed and they are satisfied, we will submit another electronic invoice for final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry and holds Insurance Adjusting licensing, NFIP & Wind, Fire and Light Commercial certifications.
We attend all the manufacturer training programs we can and our team leader is a Licensed Adjuster as well as a Registered home improvement contractor. He attends the latest insurance claim training programs available in the area as well as across the country.

TWG only works with the best building materials & skilled tradesmen in the business. Our team of estimators and project managers ensures that every job is done to our clients specifications before we even start the job.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Not only do we do roofing repairs for insurance claim contracts: A homeowner called us in an emergency situation in which their AC unit flooded their attic and on the floor while they were out of town. They came home to a flood disaster. Our team deployed our flood mitigation equipment and we dried the house out and replaced all the damaged flooring, drywall, insulation and trim before any mold had a chance to cause long term damage. We worked well with the homeowners insurance adjuster and were able to save the homeowners from a very expensive and uncomfortable situation by finishing the work in less than 14 days.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed and fully insured-
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The most important factor in our opinion is the time frame to start and complete the project. Make sure you have planned out all contingencies for job delays including, weather, material shipments, personal commitments and payment draw disbursements.
