Great guy, incredibly quick to respond and actually very attentive. Out of the numerous IT professionals I have done business with in the past Matt definitely went above and beyond answering my questions and assisting me with my computer needs. A huge plus to someone like me with zero computer understanding outside of a word processor is that he understands that not everyone "gets" computers so he doesn't make you feel ignorant or inadequate. Also, doesn't overload you with unnecessary computer knowledge that just leaves you more confused than when you started! He does the thinking for you then simplifies it to where you can do it for yourself!
