Introduction: I'm a fitness enthusiast who has a passion for helping people reach their fitness/health goals without needing a gym membership.
I like to do fun workouts that get the client outside and moving.
I focus on body weight exercises, calisthenics and using equipment like Bulgarian bags, MaceBells, battle ropes, etc. I also incorporate sprinting and jogging into some of the workouts.
I enjoy working with groups of 2-4 people as well, so call up some friends and form a workout group.
