Introduction: I'm a fitness enthusiast who has a passion for helping people reach their fitness/health goals without needing a gym membership. I like to do fun workouts that get the client outside and moving. I focus on body weight exercises, calisthenics and using equipment like Bulgarian bags, MaceBells, battle ropes, etc. I also incorporate sprinting and jogging into some of the workouts. I enjoy working with groups of 2-4 people as well, so call up some friends and form a workout group.

My workouts with Fannie have been great with instant results. She always has a new workout ready upon arrival and keeps me motivated and incouraged. Can't wait to see what the future holds....

I've been working out with Fannie for several months now and I've never felt better. She always shows up with a great workout planned and pushes me even when I want to quit. She not only pushes me physically but mentally as well. The workouts are tough but are fun and even when I struggle she finds ways to make it positive. She has a great attitude and always has a smile. Even though she's my trainer I feel like I'm working out with a friend.
