What sold me that Cory was the right guy @ Pronto Appliance Repair to fix our problem with both our Samsung front load washer and dryer. was his credentials, experience. Quite pleased with his quick and pleasant response to get to the issue. Within minutes dryer resolved and got right on the washer amazed at the quality workmanship to bother washer and dryer issues.
