They have the name right because they helped me Pronto! Corey Taylor was the 1st person to contact me right away when I submitted the appliance I needed fixed to 3 businesses. The appliance is at a condo where my tenant lives, Corey was so helpful coordinating times with her, keeping me posted, & He came outside of regular business hours to work around my tenants work schedule which was the biggest hurdle for me living in another city. I will call Corey 1st for all my appliance repair needs in Metairie & New Orleans! 5 stars for sure!

He came in diagnosed the problem(I had done some googling and had ordered the part already) informed him I had the part. He switched it out in less than 20 minutes, and I haven’t had any issues since. I will definitely use him again if needed.
