Roland really saved the day for us after our pipes burst during the big freeze. We had been without water with a little baby in the house and Roland delivered big time after assuring us we'd have our water back on and worked into the dark to make it happen. Then the team returned on a Saturday to finish the job. The effort was above and beyond.

Roland’s A/C & Heating did an excellent job at installing our Thermostats and upgrading the electrical boards on our HVACs. As well as high quality and speedy work on also fixing a busted pipe and hole in the ceiling that we had also previously encountered. His work is A+, very responsive to our questions and request and will definitely be contacting him again for future projects. If you’re looking for an repairmen and/or general contractor, that maintains professionalism and affordable cost, Roland’s your guy!

Better than average work quality, very professional, very responsive to any request which I made, final invoice was slightly more than I had expected, but the problems faced in a 40 year old home one can expect the unexpected to happen as what happened in my home, i.e., one of the 3 other companies which I had contacted for an estimate, possibly stole an igniter off of my furnace, which was discovered when I asked this A/C installer to check it out, as winter is just around the corner. That added over $300 to my final bill. As per punctuality, due to the heavy demand on A/C installers in a high heat area, he did the best that he could do to stay on target with the arranged start time and finish time and finished within 4 hours of the promised completion time, even with all the extra trips to the parts supply house. Job well done! Thanks.
