- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is for photography session and digital image delivery only on either CD or USB memory stick. Print packages are additional and dependent on quantity and size. Payment is due at the time photography is taken.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to work out the details of the photo shoot with my clients prior to the shoot, so the shoot itself can be used only for photography. Details include environment, poses, color schemes, locations, price and delivered materials (digital or prints). Once this is done, we will go ahead and schedule the shoot. Digital images can usually be delivered on CD or USB memory stick within a day or two. Print delivery depends on quantity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree from UC Irvine in photography. 15 years as a photographer on feature films.
