Once we consult with you to find out the details of your event, we will curtail the best quote possible for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client is to begin the initial inquiry process through communication either through a phone call, e-mail, text message, or whichever method is suitable for the client. Then, we'll discuss the details and go through the planning process. Once everything is understood through Q&A, we'll move on to the securing of the date & time by registering a deposit on the quote that was agreed upon. Also, the client can rest assured that we will always be there for any questions or changes that may need to be made along the way. Once the day of the event comes, we will arrive early and give a high quality performance that assures that our client and their guests had the time of their lives!

We continue to educate ourselves on all of the latest technology that comes along in music hardware and software, to ensure that we provide a top of the line performance for each and every one of our clients.
