My first time using Thumbtack, what a great experience. We had two separate issues one was the kitchen sink would drain slowly making it a challenge to wash dishes and cook. Mr George was the gentleman that showed up first to tackle the kitchen sink issue he found hair and the outside drain had grease great job Mr. George. The second gentleman was Mr. Houston came in water was leaking inside of our garage hot water heater and valve needed to be replaced. The hot water heater was replaced as well as the valves as keep up the great work Mr. Houston. Last but least Mr. Glenn was the person over the phone not sure if he was the boss or dispatcher but he called within an hour text within 10 minutes the time the technician would arrive and called to check making sure the job was done and if we were pleased. Thank you all for the quick response and professionalism. We greatly appreciate it.

Had a leak in a dish disposal drain line due to a clogged pipe. Glenn contacted me immediately and they were at my house in no time, even faster than promised. They found my issues and addressed them and when we had an issue they came back out to follow up and address the issues immediately. I will be using them for another 2 projects in the near future.
