Ben's Electrical responded immediately after I requested to be contacted, on Thumbtack. We spoke about my problem and he offered a few choices for an appointment convenient to me. He was timely, easy to talk with, and he listened to my concerns. The source of my problem was not straightforward. Mr Hirschey is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything he was doing during tracking down the source of the issue in a way that allowed me to understand more about electricity, which I took as being respectful to me. In my experience as a single woman, this is very seldom the case.
He was thorough, resolved my electrical issue quickly, once the source was discovered, and cleaned up anything that was disturbed during his work. He is also reasonably priced.
Finally, I have found an electrician that I trust and will definitely contact for any future electrical needs. Thank you, Ben, very much.

Ben was fast and super reasonable. My main problem was pretty minor but he discovered another one that may require more investigation and labor. Since it's not a critical electrical need, we decided it could be something that could be done in the future, but he got my power on in the areas where I needed them. I'll definitely call him again if I need it!
