Very professional. I had two rooms with no power other than 1 ceiling fan. Eddie immediately checked the breaker for those rooms and found that it was good as he originally expected. Then he systematically started following the power path through the rooms and found the problem. He replaced the offending socket and was finished and gone. Approximately 1 hour start to finish with a job well done. I'll definitely call him again if I have any new problems in the future .
