- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After completing my college education in psychology, business, and accounting, I found that those subjects didn't fully capture my interest. I looked back to my hobbies growing up and what I really enjoyed and I used to live building and racing remote control cars. I started exploring electrical projects, researching and experimenting with different circuits and components. This hands-on experience ignited my passion for electrical work and motivated me to pursue it further. I joined the IBEW Local 130 Apprenticeship program and I began taking classroom accredited courses and attending workshops to expand my knowledge and skills in the field. Through continuous learning and practical application, I gradually transitioned from a hobbyist to actively working on electrical projects, finding fulfillment and satisfaction in this line of work. I went from doing simple installs to now designing a home environment with my clients, installing whole home generators as well as troubleshooting and fixing everyday electrical issues.
