- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for return customers. I do require a 50% deposit for every service. State taxation applies. There are nominal fees associated with additional digital downloads and prints. Pro tip: get an instant discount when you email me directly for your detailed quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll send you a detailed breakdown of my quote to your email. Once you approve the proposed amount, you'll be asked to review and sign an agreement for the shoot. With an easy pay link, you'll put down a deposit to reserve me for your desired date. Come shoot day, I'll arrive early, capture what makes you --YOU, or if it's an event, I capture the mood. If you opt for instant proofs they'll be provided to you on the spot via text or event page. After which, I'll process the high-resolution photos and send them in a convenient download link. For prints, you'll choose the ones you'd like printed online and their respective sizes, and I'll mail them directly to your door. Framing options available. I try to make this as easy as possible!
