Great experience all around! Edward was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a fair estimate and was able to start working immediately. His assistant was awesome too. Without his truck, it would have been nearly impossible to move our tub from the store to the job site. The work needed involved tub installation, ceiling repair, and floor repair. He did all that in a very timely manner and was able to assist us with an issue in the upstairs unit. Not to mention taking care of unforeseen issues. Edward was very accommodating and was very respectful of our tenant and her space. He did great work and the tenant love it. I recommend his work and will use him again. Thanks again!!

I hired Edward with One Stop Shop to change out the electrical outlet for my dryer. He was prompt to respond and arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and provided options to resolve- either change the wall outlet, which would include accessing the breaker panel or changing the cord on the dryer. He went to HD to purchase the correct cord to fix the issue. He was very conscientious and went above and beyond the original work order request. He noticed that the dryer was not properly vented and also solved that issue. He could have easily said " to get someone else to do it as it involved cutting some of the drywall to gain access outside." I felt conformable with his presentation and his services and is now my go to guy for any repairs to my home. If he's not available when you need him, I'd recommend waiting until he is. Thank you, Edward for being upstanding and easy to do business with.

I can’t say enough good things about One Stop Shop and Edward- I’ve found my handy man for life- he’s incredible- came same day I contacted him to fix a utility door, fixed it, taught me how to fix my plumbing, fixed my plumbing and was outta here under an hour- cost was just right- he’s affordable prompt respectful professional and really super smart - it’s really hard for women to get a fix it guy they can trust- forget everyone one this list- call Edward!!!
