- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 an hour for yoga. Three and six month coaching packages area available and price depends on frequency and length of meeting and what type of work needs to be done which we will determine on our introductory call. Three month coaching packages start at $999 for an hour meeting every two weeks and a 30 minute check in call in between our meetings. Yoga can be added to any coaching package at a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule time to speak with potential new clients over the phone for us to get to know each other. I'll ask you questions which will help us determine what's going on in your life and how I may be able to help. On this call, I'll share options for working together through individual sessions, or as part of a program and we discuss logistics, price, and a schedule for our meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a recovering lawyer who moved back home to New Orleans after too much lawyering stressed and burned me out. I turned to yoga and a healthy lifestyle for healing and found so much more. The work that I do is a deep calling to support others heal. Aftet becoming a yoga teacher, I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am now a Certified Health Coach who helps people figure out what it means for them to live a healthy, happy, fulfilling life.
