Jim worked here at the Luling Mansion , fixing the lower portion of the Mansion from termite damage and some water damage from the termites. He was always on time courteous and explained what was going today.....he said it was going to take a couple weeks .....it took two and a half......mostly because I found some plumbing and electrical extras I needed fixed ..... Absolutely !! Recommend him!!!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Mother keep on getting taken by fast talkers,who did nothing but talk,and ask for the money up front. I love to solve problems,If you think it's a small one or a huge one,there is always a reason "why" it became a problem.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Solar panel installation ,Kitchen small appliance circuits in older homes,fencing ,exterior painting.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are just finishing a exterior paint job,with some siding replaced,the home looked abandoned ,and they would not refinance the home without the work being done. Now the neighbors are happy and the owners have renewed pride in there biggest investment!
