- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer $5.00 off for re-occurring appointments We offer $10.00 off for referrals Additional fees are added for any customers that are 25 mi + All services will be on a checklist provided to the customer via email/in person * All payments are required to be made after service has been completed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves and provide a checklist of what is included and optional services. Deep cleaning/Standard cleaning. We allow the customer to decide the time/date that they would prefer service. They are provided our info immediately to contact at anytime with any questions and or concerns about their upcoming appointment. We ALWAYS notify them that they will receive a text /call 10 min upon our arrival. After Service has been completed We do a thorough walk through with the customers to ensure that they are satisfied with our service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I thought to myself I’ve been here for 5 years and this job takes up almost my time. Why stress over a place that I will never own. I always wanted my own business, but had a hard time deciding on what I wanted to do. When the kids start rolling in, you have to make time for them. Being a business owner you have flexibility and freedom. I wanted to start something that I would be absolutely passionate about. Since I started Got Maids?LLC 6 months ago, my entire life has changed for the better.
