What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wouldn't say it's complicated, however detailed if you will. Everything comes at a cost one way or another whether being time or money. My time is valuable (as is yours) in this day, lets face it we are not getting any younger. With work, kids, fitness, hobbies, meal prep/ cooking and family time ones daily routine can easily get exhausting and/or overwhelming but we must proceed calmingly so that we maintain a healthy and stress free life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I belong to a few Organization and stay up to date on new products and methods in GREEN education.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Move In/out Cleanings, Spring-Fall Cleanings, Routine Cleanings, Construction cleanings (1st, 2nd and 3rd phase) vacation routine property management/maintenance.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I believe experience is a key factor in hiring services. Quality is not always easy to come by and where there is experience, you shall find dependable quality. Also a few past/present reference contacts will suffice in determing a final decision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are many different options/pricing for cleaning services available, however I'm sure you have heard of "You get what you pay for". Well it's absolutely true, especially in this line of work and services. I have witnessed this first hand by hearing stories and hiring services myself when in need of an additional hand. So as for my services, I'm sorry but I don't provide an hourly rate and do not wish to work this way. Sometimes a job may require more elbow grease in one area of the home VS another area and I like to simply work at my own pace (even if it takes an hour for a toilet) to ensure the job gets done the CORRECT way the FIRST time. When I book a client, especially a first time or one time cleaning I usually reserve the day for that particular client/appt. only. My fee is based on your home details and cleaning needs or area of interest. No one job, nor home is the same. For accurate pricing ..... Form must be submitted followed by an in home visit.
