FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One project I found particularly rewarding recently was cleaning a client's home after a major renovation. It took about three days to complete the entire cleaning process. The satisfaction of seeing the transformation from construction mess to a sparkling, organized space was quite fulfilling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact and Inquiry: I communicate with the customer to understand their cleaning needs, schedule, and any specific requests or preferences they may have. Assessment and Estimate: I visit the customer's home to assess the size, layout, and condition of the space. Based on this assessment, I provide an estimate of the cleaning services needed and the associated cost. Customized Cleaning Plan: I work with the customer to develop a customized cleaning plan that aligns with their preferences and budget. This includes deciding on the frequency of cleaning (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and the specific tasks to be performed during each cleaning session. Scheduling: Once the cleaning plan is finalized, I schedule the cleaning appointments according to the customer's preferred days and times. Cleaning Services: During each cleaning session, I follow the agreed-upon cleaning plan, which typically includes tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and any additional services requested by the customer. Quality Check: After completing the cleaning, I conduct a quality check to ensure that the customer's expectations have been met or exceeded. If there are any areas that require additional attention, I address them promptly. Feedback and Follow-Up: I encourage open communication with the customer and welcome feedback on the cleaning services provided. I also follow up with the customer after the initial cleaning to confirm their satisfaction and discuss any adjustments needed for future cleanings. By following this process, I aim to establish a positive and long-lasting relationship with each new customer, providing them with a clean and comfortable home environment tailored to their needs.
