- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically it is by the job and what exactly need to be done. I do use billing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go and asses the job and see what client needs. We discuss price and amount of time and work that needs to be done. I give them estimate and set up time to begin and finish project. For simple projects a simple phone call may work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University for many years. Multiple classes on different types of construction work. On the job training in general handyman and more complex work.
